Layered Christmas: Mixed-Media Wood Round

Create a beautifully layered Christmas keepsake using a wooden round, nostalgic decoupage imagery and dimensional clay appliqués. You’ll paint and finish your wood round with chalk mineral paint, add your chosen Christmas image, then build depth and texture with decorative moulded evergreens, holly, berries and other festive embellishments. Gentle distressing, painted details and touches of holiday sparkle will bring the entire piece together.

Your finished artwork will be a one-of-a-kind mixed-media piece that looks beautiful displayed on a mantel, shelf or wall throughout the holiday season.

Food and refreshments will be served during the workshop. Our menu may include charcuterie cups, savory pastries, wraps, breads, crackers and dips, nuts, fresh fruit, sweets and other delicious bites.
